MLOptic owns excellent inspection team which are asked inspect 100% of all optics. Test data is provided with prototype orders.
High precision optical and mechanical metrology enables MLOptic to adhere to tight tolerances and ensure customer satisfaction.
MLOptic maintains laser interferometers for accurate measurement of surface figure, these interferometers are for both in-process and final product measurement of surface figure of flat, spherical surfaces with absolute accuracy of approximately R 0.001μm △N 0.03fr. MLO also owns Sub-aperture stitching interferometer to measure high numerical aperture, large clear aperture parts and all complex shapes with nanometer-level accuracy.
MLOptic owns UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometers and FT-IR spectrophotometers, cover a wavelength range from 175nm to 25000nm, photometric range OD8 and distinguishability 0.1nm allows us to characterize reflectivity, transmission, polarization extinction, retardance and other functional characteristics across all angles of incidence.
MLOptic has Talor Hobson contact contourgraph to measure aspheric lens’s PV now. The accuracy is 0.1μm and the measurement direction can be reach 90o. MLOptic is now purchasing non-touch 3D interferometric scan for testing aspheric lenses. The accuracy will reach 0.05μm m and the maximum tested element dimensions will be 260mm (diameter) × 75mm (height). Introducing new measurement equipment will improve MLOptic’s capability to manufacture aspheric lenses.
MLOptic owns a lot of kinds of equipment to use figure testing. Like Projector, Autocollimator, multitooth division table, Angle Measuring Instrument, Parallelometer and Centering Instrument, etc.
MLOptic owns environmental chambers with the capability to meet our customer’s different environmental application fields (particles’ size/ humidity/ temperature).
