- We manufacture individual parts with a high level of precision and according to the latest RoHS guidelines with surface qualities and tolerances up to IT4.
- Turning production on CNC lathes with driven tools, part sizes from Φ1mm to Φ 400mm in diameter and 400mm in length.
- High precision lens barrel and mount that made of copper or aluminum, with flatness and cylindricity up to 3μ
- Modern Swiss turning machine with up to 8 axes enable efficient production from single parts to large-scale production.
- With extensive measurement technology, we ensure that every part leaves our factory with high level quality.
- Our high-performance CNC machining centers enable the cutting of aluminiums, highly-stable steels, invar steel , titanium alloy, magnesium and plastics, and we do so in accordance with the highest quality standards.
- Milling at 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centers, part sizes maximum is 1000mm x 800mm x 500mm and accuracy class IT5.
- High precision CNC machining centers up to 5 axes for HCS machining.
- We also make high precision fixtures for optical coating and high level assembly.
- ZEISS and Hexagon coordinate measurement technology for quality assurance.
- Grinding flat, wire EDM, and polishing (accuracy IT 4).
